ZEMBLE
For writers who take their work seriously.
How Zemble works Hide ↑

Most writers use three or four different tools to plan, track and write their work — a notes app, a timeline tool, a structure board, a word processor. Zemble does all of it in one place, in one file that travels with the work. A daily writing target and streak run quietly along the bottom of every project, and any .txt or .md file can be poured into the Think pad to get started.

Step 1
Think

Write freely in the pad — pour everything in without worrying about order or structure.

Select any passage and click the button: the opening words become your card title automatically.

Each card appears in the left panel as you make it.

Step 2
Plan

See your structure as a planning grid (Strands), a reading order (Sequence), or a chronological map (Timeline).

Strands separate different voices, perspectives, or research tracks. Zones add a structural axis (Act I / II / III, or Beginning / Middle / End).

Numbers update automatically as you move things.

Step 3
Write & compile

Click any card to open its writing space. Notes and research stay visible alongside the draft — the material is always present while you write.

When you're ready, Compile assembles everything in plan order as a PDF, Word document, or plain text file.

Think

Write freely throughout the project — this pad is always here. Pour in ideas, scenes, research fragments, questions. Select any passage to promote it to a card; the first words become the title.
